Q: 我要怎麼加家人當守護者? Q: How do I add family as guardians?

先請家人下載並註冊 Search & Rescue, 然後兩種方式擇一. 面對面: 兩人都開「我的行程」→「管理守護者」, 一人按「我的 QR」、另一人按「掃描」, 掃一下就互相守護 (QR 碼每 5 分鐘自動換新). 不在一起: 在同一頁輸入對方的手機號碼加入. 上限 20 位. Have your family download and register Search & Rescue first, then pick either way. Face to face: both open My Trip → Manage Guardians, one taps My QR and the other taps Scan — one scan and you guard each other (the QR refreshes every 5 minutes). Apart: enter their phone number on the same screen. Up to 20.

Q: SOS 按下去會發生什麼事? Q: What happens when I press SOS?

1. 按住 SOS 1.5 秒 (點一下只會提示, 不會送出, 避免誤觸)
2. 立刻推播所有守護者「XXX 需要協助 + 座標」
3. 打開緊急電話清單 (依國家 119 / 112 / 911), 在清單裡直接撥打
4. 顯示複製 / 分享座標按鈕 (TWD97 + WGS84 + DMS)

1. Hold SOS for 1.5s (a single tap only shows a hint — no accidental alerts)
2. Instantly notifies all guardians with "XXX needs help + coordinates"
3. Opens the emergency call list (119 / 112 / 911 by country) — call right from there
4. One-tap copy/share coordinates (TWD97 + WGS84 + DMS)

Q: 我在山上完全沒訊號, App 還能用嗎? Q: Does the App work with zero cellular signal?

出發前先在「離線地圖」下載你要去的區域, 山上就算完全沒訊號:

Download regions in Offline Maps before your trip. In wilderness:

• ✅ 地圖 + GPS 定位仍能用
• ✅ 步道記錄仍會記
• ✅ 位置分享會累積, 有訊號時自動送達
• ❌ SOS 撥 119 需要通訊訊號 (但你可能有訊號能撥電話但沒 4G data)

• ✅ Maps + GPS still work
• ✅ Trail recording continues
• ✅ Location share queues, syncs when signal returns
• ❌ SOS 119 call needs cellular signal (but voice may work when data doesn't)

Q: 位置資料會保留多久? Q: How long is location data kept?

位置歷史 90 天自動清除. 登出時立即清除雲端位置 (個人資料保留). 帳號刪除後 30 天內清空所有資料. Location history auto-cleared after 90 days. Signing out immediately clears cloud location. Account deletion removes all data within 30 days.

Q: 為什麼要用 TWD97 座標? Q: Why TWD97 coordinates?

TWD97 二度分帶是台灣消防局 + 山難救助隊**唯一**使用的座標格式. 遇險時傳 TWD97 給救援人員, 他們地圖直接標出你的位置. 傳 Google Maps 那種經緯度他們反而要換算, 浪費黃金時間. TWD97 is the ONE coordinate format Taiwan fire & mountain rescue teams use. Sending TWD97 in an emergency lets them plot your position instantly. Sending Google Maps lat/lng forces conversion — wasting golden time.

Q: 支援哪些心率裝置? Q: Which heart rate devices are supported?

• iOS: Apple Watch (透過 HealthKit), 或藍牙心率帶
• Android: 只能用藍牙心率帶 (不使用「健康連線」Health Connect)
• 支援的心率帶: Garmin 廣播心率 / Polar / Wahoo / 任何符合 Heart Rate Service (0x180D) 標準的心率帶

• iOS: Apple Watch (via HealthKit), or a Bluetooth strap
• Android: Bluetooth heart-rate strap only (Health Connect is not used)
• Supported straps: Garmin broadcast HR / Polar / Wahoo / any Heart Rate Service (0x180D) compatible strap

Q: 我忘記密碼了怎麼辦? Q: I forgot my password. What now?

在登入畫面輸入你的電話, 點「忘記密碼？」→「通知我的守護者」:

On the login screen, enter your phone number, tap "Forgot password?" then "Notify my guardians":

1. 你的守護者會收到通知
2. 他們打電話確認是你本人之後按核准
3. 他們把 6 位數驗證碼告訴你
4. 你輸入驗證碼就能設定新密碼

1. Your guardians get a notification
2. They call you to confirm it is really you, then approve
3. They read you the 6-digit code
4. Enter the code and set a new password

沒有守護者, 或 24 小時都沒有人回應? 同一個畫面上有「寫信給客服」, 開發者會先打電話跟你確認本人再協助.

No guardians, or nobody responds within 24 hours? The same screen has "Email support" — the developer will call you to verify your identity before helping.

Q: 我要刪除帳號怎麼辦? Q: How do I delete my account?

寄信至 searchrescuetw@gmail.com, 附上您登入的手機號碼, 開發者 3 天內回覆並於 30 天內清空所有資料. Email searchrescuetw@gmail.com with your login phone number. Developer will confirm within 3 days and delete all data within 30 days.
