Q: 我要怎麼加家人當守護者? Q: How do I add family as guardians?

先請家人下載並註冊 Search & Rescue. 你在「我的行程」→「管理守護者」→ 輸入家人的手機號碼加入 (最多 20 位). Have your family download and register Search & Rescue. Go to My Trip → Manage Guardians → Enter their phone number (up to 20).

Q: SOS 按下去會發生什麼事? Q: What happens when I press SOS?

1. 立刻推播所有守護者「XXX 需要協助 + 座標」
2. 打開緊急電話清單 (依國家 119 / 112 / 911)
3. 顯示複製 / 分享座標按鈕 (TWD97 + WGS84 + DMS)
4. 長按 SOS 1.5 秒 → 直接撥 119, 不彈 modal

1. Instantly notifies all guardians with "XXX needs help + coordinates"
2. Shows emergency call list (119 / 112 / 911 by country)
3. One-tap copy/share coordinates (TWD97 + WGS84 + DMS)
4. Long-press SOS 1.5s → dials emergency directly, skipping modal

出發前先在「離線地圖」下載你要去的區域, 山上就算完全沒訊號:

Download regions in Offline Maps before your trip. In wilderness:

• ✅ 地圖 + GPS 定位仍能用
• ✅ 步道記錄仍會記
• ✅ 位置分享會累積, 有訊號時自動送達
• ❌ SOS 撥 119 需要通訊訊號 (但你可能有訊號能撥電話但沒 4G data)

• ✅ Maps + GPS still work
• ✅ Trail recording continues
• ✅ Location share queues, syncs when signal returns
• ❌ SOS 119 call needs cellular signal (but voice may work when data doesn't)

Q: 位置資料會保留多久? Q: How long is location data kept?

位置歷史 90 天自動清除. 登出時立即清除雲端位置 (個人資料保留). 帳號刪除後 30 天內清空所有資料. Location history auto-cleared after 90 days. Signing out immediately clears cloud location. Account deletion removes all data within 30 days.
