1. 前言
「Search & Rescue 山野安全守護」（以下簡稱「本服務」）是一款登山安全輔助 App。本政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用及保護您的個人資料。
2. 我們蒐集的資料
（1）帳號資料：手機號碼（作為登入識別）、顯示名稱、密碼（加密儲存）、國碼
（2）位置資料：GPS 座標（緯度、經度、海拔、精準度）、位置更新時間戳記、移動軌跡。僅在您主動啟用位置追蹤時收集。
（3）守護者網絡資料：您指定的守護者清單、將您列為守護者的登山者、ACK 確認時間戳記。
（4）裝置資料：作業系統、App 版本、通知權限狀態、裝置語系。
（5）意見反饋：您透過 App 內反饋功能傳送的訊息、Email 地址。
（6）健康資料：僅在您主動授權後，本服務會從 Android 的「健康連線」（Health Connect）或 iOS 的「健康」App（HealthKit）讀取以下資料：心率、步數、步行/跑步距離、活動消耗卡路里、血氧飽和度。在 iOS 上，若您授權，本服務會將已完成的行程以「體能訓練」（Workout）形式寫回「健康」App。您也可以選擇連接藍牙心率帶，此時心率由裝置直接讀取。
⚠️ 健康資料僅儲存在您的手機本機，不會上傳到我們的伺服器、不會分享給您的守護者、不會包含在您分享的公開步道或匯出的 GPX 檔案中。您可以隨時在系統設定中撤銷授權，或直接解除安裝 App 以刪除所有本機健康資料。健康資料不會用於廣告或任何行銷用途。
3. 資料用途
• 與您指定的守護者分享位置
• 發送 Self-Guard Check-in 通知提醒
• 緊急情況下的聯絡
• 改善 App 功能與安全性
• 回覆您的意見反饋
• 履行法律義務
健康資料的用途（全部在您的手機本機完成）：
• 在行程統計中一併顯示心率、步數、距離、消耗卡路里與血氧
• 繪製本次行程的心率曲線與心率區間分布圖
• 當心率長時間維持在偏高區間時，於 App 內提醒您留意身體狀況
• （iOS）將完成的行程寫回「健康」App，讓您的登山記錄與其他運動並列
4. 資料分享
我們絕不販售您的資料。您的位置僅分享給：
• 您明確指定的守護者
• 已將您列為守護者的使用者（互相守護）
我們不會分享給：廣告商、第三方行銷單位、政府機關（除非法律強制）。
健康資料不在分享範圍內：即使是您的守護者，也看不到您的心率、步數、距離、卡路里或血氧資料。
5. 資料儲存
• 帳號、位置、守護者網絡等資料儲存於 Google Firebase（Firestore 資料庫）
• 健康資料只儲存在您的手機本機（App 私有儲存區），不會傳送到 Firebase 或任何伺服器
• 伺服器位置：Asia-East1（台北）
• 傳輸與儲存皆採加密保護
• 身分驗證憑證由 Firebase Auth 管理（業界標準）
6. 位置資料自動清除
為符合 GDPR + 台灣個資法「儲存期間限制」原則:
• 位置歷史 90 天自動清除（由 Cloud Function 排程執行）
• 登出時立即清除雲端位置歷史（個人資料保留, 下次登入自動恢復）
• 用戶手動刪除帳號後 30 天內清空所有資料
7. 第三方服務
本服務使用以下第三方：
• Firebase (Google) — 身分驗證、資料庫、推播、Hosting
• Apple Maps / Google Maps — 地圖顯示
• OpenStreetMap / OpenTopoMap — 離線地圖圖磚
• Open-Meteo — 天氣資料
• Expo — 通知、位置服務
各有獨立隱私政策。
8. 您的權利
您可以：
• 在 App 內查看個人資料
• 在「設定」內編輯名稱與電話
• 隨時停止位置追蹤
• 隨時移除守護者
• 隨時停用 Self-Guard
• 切換顯示語言
• 切換淺色 / 深色主題
• 刪除帳號（請寄信至 searchrescuetw@gmail.com）
9. 兒童隱私
本服務不對 13 歲以下使用者開放。我們不會主動收集兒童資料。
10. 政策變更
我們可能更新本政策。重大變更會在 App 內通知。
1. INTRODUCTION
Search & Rescue (the App) is a mountain safety companion. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
(1) Account: phone number (login identifier), display name, password (encrypted), country code.
(2) Location: GPS coordinates (lat, lon, altitude, accuracy), timestamps, movement history. Collected ONLY when tracking is active.
(3) Protector Network: your protector list, hikers who designate you, ACK timestamps.
(4) Device: OS, app version, notification permission, locale.
(5) Feedback: messages and email you send via in-app feedback.
(6) Health Data: only after you explicitly grant permission, the App reads the following from Health Connect on Android or the Health app (HealthKit) on iOS: heart rate, steps, walking/running distance, active energy burned, and blood oxygen saturation. On iOS, if you grant permission, the App writes your completed hikes back to the Health app as Workouts. You may also pair a Bluetooth heart-rate strap, in which case heart rate is read directly from that device.
⚠️ Health Data stays on your device only. It is never uploaded to our servers, never shared with your protectors, and never included in public trails you share or in GPX files you export. You can revoke the permission at any time in your system settings, or uninstall the App to delete all local health data. Health Data is never used for advertising or any marketing purpose.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
• Share location with your designated protectors
• Send Self-Guard check-in reminders
• Facilitate emergency communications
• Improve app functionality and security
• Respond to your feedback
• Comply with legal obligations
Health Data is used only for the following, entirely on your device:
• Show heart rate, steps, distance, energy burned and blood oxygen alongside your hike stats
• Draw the heart-rate profile and heart-rate zone distribution for the current hike
• Alert you in-app when your heart rate stays in an unusually high zone for a prolonged period
• (iOS) Write the finished hike back to the Health app so it sits alongside your other activity
4. INFORMATION SHARING
We do NOT sell your data. Your location is shared ONLY with:
• Protectors you explicitly designate
• Users who have you in their protector list
We do NOT share with advertisers, third-party marketers, or government (except as required by law).
Health Data is excluded from all sharing: not even your protectors can see your heart rate, steps, distance, energy burned or blood oxygen.
5. DATA STORAGE
• Account, location and protector-network data are stored on Google Firebase (Firestore)
• Health Data is stored only on your device (app-private storage) and is never transmitted to Firebase or any server
• Server: Asia-East1 (Taipei region)
• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Authentication managed by Firebase Auth (industry standard)
6. AUTOMATIC LOCATION DATA DELETION
To comply with GDPR + Taiwan Privacy Law storage-limitation principle:
• Location history is automatically deleted after 90 days (via scheduled Cloud Function)
• Signing out immediately clears cloud location history (profile kept, restored on next login)
• Account deletion removes all data within 30 days
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use:
• Firebase (Google) — auth, database, messaging, hosting
• Apple Maps / Google Maps — map display
• OpenStreetMap / OpenTopoMap — offline map tiles
• Open-Meteo — weather data
• Expo — notifications, location
Each has its own privacy policy.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
You may:
• View your data in the App
• Edit name and phone in Settings
• Stop location tracking anytime
• Remove protectors anytime
• Disable Self-Guard anytime
• Switch language
• Switch light / dark theme
• Delete account (email searchrescuetw@gmail.com)
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. POLICY CHANGES
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via the App.
